Shipping
We process orders quickly and aim to get your soap into the mail as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. All orders ship from China and standard delivery typically takes 7–15 days (most customers see packages arrive between days 8–11).
Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays or import fees depending on your country. We’re not responsible for customs charges.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how returns work:
• Unused / Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please return the item in its original packaging.
• Opened / used products: Because soap is a personal-use item, returns for used bars are generally not accepted, but we will review requests on a case-by-case basis (send photos and a short description and we’ll work with you).
To start a return, email support@hygiazen.com with your order number and photos (if relevant). We’ll reply within 48 hours with next steps.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects (for example: severe packaging failures, contamination, or formula problems). The warranty does not cover normal wear from use, damage caused by improper storage, or allergic reactions. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@hygiazen.com with your order number and photos — we’ll evaluate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Right now our current batches are produced and shipped from China while we scale — all bars are inspected before shipping.
